Almost 5 billion shots were administered and some people still call it experimental? The fact is the world has been a lab and the shots did great. An incredible amount of data has been collected.

It’s terrible, but the claim was never made that it’s 100% effective, especially with the Delta variant.

When I had cancer, I took every treatment I could, no matter the shitty effects, to increase my chances of survival. There are long term effects, but I’d do it, again.

I took the shot, because I just felt it would increase my odds against getting really sick and dying. I trust the medical experts, because they once saved my life.

To be clear I am not opposed to the vaccine, I am opposed to vaccine mandates. Some people will die because of the vaccine if they are forced to take it.
Many are immune or have survived the virus.

As far as immunity, I just listen to the experts

“Though protection is decent for those who have previously had COVID-19, health experts say it is not as strong as when people get vaccinated.“So that’s why there is that recommendation that despite having had COVID before, for full protection the vaccination is the best way to go,” said Dr. Lisa Maragakis, senior director for infection prevention at Johns Hopkins.”

Years of fighting viruses that "just got started".

Now, maybe one of you "stable geniuses" can tell me why you are scared of the vaccines because they are "experimental", yet would be more then willing to take an experimental drug to cure you of it.

I now know as many vaccinated people that supposedly died of covid as I do unvaccinated.
 
The vaccine, from the very beginning, was advertised as about 95 percent effective. That means 1 in 20 who get it, it will not work on. This is not difficult to understand, is it? Some of us think 19 out of 20 shot is pretty good.

My uncle and his wife got it in 2020 but were give sinus infection drugs and sent home, all recovered. Happy your family did as well. I am vaccinated but not sure it was the right decision as I have experienced issues since second shot. My Dad refuses as the flu vaccine put him in the hospital.
