Rittenhouse's acquittal was not the slam dunk that the Reichwingers believe. The jury deliberated over a period of days, and sent for further information several times.

How ironic that you accuse someone of not knowing the constitution when YOU don't. It is not double jeopardy to file a wrongful death lawsuit in a murder case, even if the defendant was acquitted. OJ's victim's families did so, and won. Double jeopardy only pertains to criminal cases, which are brought by the govt.

They did not review those photographs of Rittenhouse paling it up with the proud boys; the judge would not allow it into evidence -- despite the fact that the same judge had to ORDER Rittenhouse to stay out of bars, not drink alcohol, and to not associate with white supremacists.
