I didn't. I said you can make a new thread so the correction gets tweeted and ask us to close the bad thread. If you assume that someone you like did something when you realize it was someone you did like later again, you can take that action.

No. I think you lied, then tried to pretend you had some moral authority by trying to slip in a "correction" that most folks would not read instead of asking someone like Phantasmal or myself to close or delete the thread and repost it with the correct information.

I am happy you pretended to try to correct it (I should have said, was giving too much benefit of the doubt there). It gave me the opportunity to talk about how to fix things like that.

Here is the link to the original thread where I misread the story and posted it was a trump voter who did the murder
