Democratic party has turned its back on the working class

Dems need to take Manchin off the headlines.
Agree 100%. I can't even watch t.v anymore. Who the fuck cares what Manchin says today? He's never going to jeopardize his coal investments, and lying about his concern for the debt is what gets him elected in that state.

Schumer is taking the filibuster in the Senate seriously. He will push reform this week. Let Manchin buddy up with the GOP--he'll disappear.

"Bernie Sanders says Democrats are failing: ‘The party has turned its back on the working class’ "
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news...ers-democrats-failing-working-class-interview

"Senator Bernie Sanders has called on Democrats to make “a major course correction” that focuses on fighting for America’s working class and standing up to “powerful corporate interests” because the Democrats’ legislative agenda is stalled and their party faces tough prospects in this November’s elections."
Sanders betrayed his supporters and staff in 2016 when he caved and campaigned for Hillary. Then again in 2020 when he dropped out and handed the nomination to dementia Joe. Sanders ran as a democrat to distract the working class from forming a third party. That is a troubling fact.

The jig is up, workers are demanding a third party in 2024 and 2028 to avoid being betrayed by dems again.

Manchin is a nobody if Dems flip a few Senate seats. That's where our efforts should be directed, IMO.

Sinema is a different story. We may be able to successfully primary and also hold that seat.
2025 is a lifetime away. Agree with picking up seats before then. Make them both inconsequential.

Yes, but that does not mean the Dems have to take them seriously.
There is no reason to take them seriously, as they are not going to budge.

But all this talk of primary challenges is pie in the sky. There is a lot of damage that will be done by then.

:tardthoughts:

Y U use metric with inches, though?

:palm:

Decimal ≠ metric.

No... If it's "dimension lumber" then a 2 x 4 is 1 1/2" x 3 1/2"

" = inch

96 inches long, 1.5 inches thick, 3.5 inches wide.

Inches ≠ metric.

1/2 inch = .5 inch.

One and a half inches = 1.5 inch, and three and a half inches = 3.5 inches.

96 inches long, 1.5 inches thick, 3.5 inches wide.

Since you don't know the difference between a decimal and the metric system...

“Decimal” and “Fraction” are two different representations for rational numbers. Fractions are expressed as a division of two numbers or one number over another. The number in the top is called the numerator, and the number in the bottom is called the denominator. The denominator should be a non-zero integer, while the numerator can be any integer.

A decimal number has two parts separated by a decimal point. Some fractions have finite decimal number representation while some have not. For example, when we consider the decimal representation of 1/3, it is an infinite decimal, i.e. .333333 ... Number 3 repeats forever. These kinds of decimals are called recurring decimals.

However, fractions like 1/2 have a finite number representation, which is .5

I apologize for the usurping, you got me there. I heard that everyone really liked Darla, and I have trouble fitting in, so this seemed like a good idea at the time.
 I’m so happy you have graced our forum, again for a brief period.

Remember when she and Rune decided to rage quit and committed seppuku by deliberately posting 12b violations?

Remember when Rune got caught a couple of days later sneaking back to JPP with an alt account?
