So, You Want $15 An Hour?

Why do you believe that? One person making fifteen dollars an hour will be more likely to spend more of that income.

Why do you believe that? If you make it more costly for a company to hire people what do you think happens to the cost of the goods or services that company provides? Will one worker produce as much as 2 workers?

I am saying we can solve simple poverty by correcting for Capitalism's natural rate of unemployment through equal protection of our own at-will employment laws. Correcting for capitalism's natural rate of inefficiencies is what socialism should always be Good for.

Sure they will, however costs of goods will(have gone) go up, so it's a net no gain, except for the Government which then makes more tax dollars. The person who does not receive a recompense raise at the same time, will then have less disposable income and spend less! If the person who gets 15 an hour, lets say it's a 3 dollar an hour raise if I do not receive the same raise it will affect me negatively!

Then open more lines, customer relations does not happen with a kiosk! Also if I check myself out, and save you money, should I not be given a discount, the answer is yes!
I agree with you that under Capitalism, capitalists should consider the latest in modern technologies for the bottom line and supply-side economics.

You won't correct poverty by artificially increasing the price of doing business. Labor is a cost to business just like the cost of gas to a landscaper and the cost of a can of tomato sauce to a pizza parlor. This is not a one sided issue.

Maybe, in a vacuum of special pleading. Otherwise, a new equilibrium will be achieved. Why do right-wingers object to increasing the efficiency of our economy through the "full employment of equal protection of the laws"?

Are you a socialist? Achieving the equivalent to full employment of resources under capitalism must result in a new equilibrium.

It's amazing how people think if you rob Peter to pay Paul, everything will be right with the world.

If my costs to do business increase, my prices increase. It's that simple...

Nobody takes right-wingers seriously about economics or the law.

What if a public policy has a fiscal multiplier of Two?

I make a motion the private sector ask for a tax break to upgrade their infrastructure for their bottom line and supply-side economics purposes.
