The Russian hackers sent pro-Trump messaging to potential voters that they had seen as likely to vote for or switch to Trump. They hacked the Dem National Committee. The Repubs gave them targets. They were in frequent contact. Manafort gave them the latest and best polling data. Yeah, it was a big fat whoopie. You can argue that Putin picked our president.
