That aside, it is already illegal for employers to hire and use illegals. The problem isn't the laws it's the enforcement of them. For the feds to bring charges against an employer generally takes months of surveillance and records work. The cost per case can easily run into the hundreds of thousands. Even so, cases are regularly brought, you just don't hear about them because the MSM doesn't want you to.
