You should know I take great care of my firearms. They are cleaned, oiled and put away in a locked hard case...except those I keep loaded and easily accessible around my house. Those are cleaned periodically when I take them to the range and shoot them.

Well that's a bummer I'm sure you can salvage it... I have no idea where to look.... it was a while ago but I know that's always the way I've done it because you mentioned it... the spiral hams take about 2 hours at 200 and the whole hands double... I let them come to room temp and slather them with whatever glaze and spices I've chosen to go with that day but always mustard... they're always perfect because after all you're not cooking them you're just smoking them to add the flavor... I usually use Applewood... but now I'm curious I may try to look for that original post...Hey, I forgot how I cooked the ham that year, ruined a whole one this year trying to replicate it.
Any idea where that thread is?
Oh I'm still gonna eat it, just buy canned beans or greens and mix it in.
