Entering your home without a warrant.

You said you were in corporate or real estate law before, motherfucker!
You're lying! :fu:
Name a prominent criminal defense in your area, liar! I know a couple down that way.
I certainly know one from Palm Beach

I certainly know one from Palm Beach County.
I send the big cases I won’t do to Michelle Suskaur or Craig Williams.

Who do you know?

Well, I didn't find it and I'm tired of looking, but I did find this:

:rofl2:

That one bit you in the ass. The Biden Junta violated it and now the IRS has to pay $1.7 billion to the victims of lawfare.
There is no way the courts would have found for trump. So the IRS did not have to pay anything. trump has decided to force the taxpayers to pay his slush fund, but the government did not have to.

The Biden Administration violated no laws. It did nothing wrong. Moving on.

If it's apartments, they're SOL if the manager/owner gives the LEOs permission, dumbass. :rolleyes2:
Apartments are the owner's property, not the tenants.
The renters have the rights to the property. Under some circumstances the owner can enter the property, but the owner cannot give permission to ICE to enter. The owner did not give permission to ICE anyway, and there was no a clear owner at the time anyways.

Part of what you rent when you rent an apartment is the Fourth Amendment privacy.

"2. Exigent Circumstances. Imminent threat to life, hot pursuit of a fleeing suspect, or imminent destruction of evidence may justify warrantless entry. Courts apply a totality-of-circumstances test and scrutinize these claims carefully post-entry."
None of those apply to a mass search on apartments. There have also been mass searches on blocks of houses.

Not ignorant. They have changed the law since the time I knew what it was.
Thx for a good post though, for once. :rolleyes2:
Rental homes have been considered homes since before you were alive.

In criminal law, "exigent circumstances" refers to an emergency situation that requires immediate, warrantless action by law enforcement. It is a recognized exception to the Fourth Amendment, allowing police to enter a home or conduct a search without a warrant if they have probable cause and no time to secure one.

A crime in progress,,,,

Dumbfuck.
Over half the people in the apartments were US citizens, and had ancestors who had been in the USA for over 200 years. The rest had valid temporary visas. They were all in homes that there was no indication they would be leaving any time soon. It took a week to plan the raid, more than enough time to secure a warrant.

There is literally no way to find exigent circumstances here, and almost no way to find probable cause. The lack of evidence is not an "exigent circumstance."

No, fucktard, if the owner of the building gives permission, law enforcement can enter any unit they want.
That is not the way the Constitution works.

I know what I'm talking about, and I live in FL.
Just because you are the mythical Florida Man does not mean the Constitution does not apply to you.

The landlord is the owner of the property, Pretender. No court is required.
By signing a lease, the landlord has sold the right to occupy and control the space. That makes the renter the person who has the right to allow access to the apartment. If the owner does not like that, they are allowed to not rent their property.

I have multiple examples of lived experience, friends that are in law enforcement, bondsmen, bounty hunters, and a very good lawyer, and you can fuck right the hell off.
The Constitution does not allow landlords to seize back control of a space, and then allow law enforcement to have a warrantless search of it.

Now bail bondsman/bounty hunters/etc. are a bit different. When being bailed out, you sign over rights to search your home. That is the same whether it is an apartment, or you own the home. Bail bondsmen are often criminals who are paying off their bail by searching for bail jumpers. They will overstep their limited rights to search one home by searching any home they come into contact with.

Oh! And know people that own apartments, yeah, I forgot about that, because we were hanging out and the cops came knocking. More than a couple. :/
That day, he gave permission to enter and a key.
That is illegal. Anything found through such an illegal search would be considered fruit of a poisonous tree.

Mothafucker, I've seen multiple people get arrested like that, and others not. STFU.
I know what I'm talking about, and I live in FL.
I've seen landlords (owners) give permission to cops to enter sometimes, and deny cops permission to enter without a warrant at others.
That's life experience and reality, it's not something you can bullshit me on.
the owner of the building cannot give permission for the government to enter an apartment leased through a contract.

Buy they did, Wally.
So the IRS did not have to pay anything.
It's actually the Justice Dept that has to pay.
trump has decided to force the taxpayers to pay his slush fund, but the government did not have to.
Not a slush fund, Wally. A court ordered fund.
The Biden Administration violated no laws.
Lie. Denial.
Biden violated most of Title 8, and Articles I and II of the Constitution of the United States. It was through an act of treason.
He has also violated the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 14th, and 16th amendments.
Biden also called for civil war against citizens of the United States, another act of treason.
Biden also gave weapons and supplies to the enemy in time of war, another act of treason.
Biden also is guilty of espionage by exposing secret documents to agents of a China and Ukraine, another act of treason.
It did nothing wrong. Moving on.
Biden is an 'it' now, Wally?

Illiteracy: The first word of a sentence is capitalized. A proper noun is capitalized. Use of generic for personal.
