Confiscating private property just like a marxist

Well I guess as usual I am right. If it walks like a marxist, talks like a marxist then it is a marxist.

I thought all of these JPP members on the left would just come flocking to this thread to either disavow this new policy or say he “was taken out of context”.

Typical nepo-baby limousine-Marxist plan. Morons like Mamdani want power, and that is at the heart of everything a Marxist does. After years of dumbing down their supporters and indoctrinating them with every simple-minded idea possible, Marxists can claim they want to turn ownership over to the collective. The people in the factories will own the factories, and the drones clap like seals.

This 'plan' is a perfect example of a power-hungry America hater getting started. Marxists always begin with something big that any blissfully ignorant person can support without thinking, and 'slumlords' is perfect for that. Who does not know what they are and despise them? Everyone does.

The problem? The pesky Constitution that prevents government from taking your shit without a very good reason. The second problem, and this one is always part of any good Marxist plan, is the lack of detail. He says he wants to go after the worst landlords, which sounds great, but as some wise man once said, the devil is in the details. What exactly are those details? How is the decision made? How exactly is a distressed building defined? You cannot find clear answers because they do not exist. You will get vague guidelines, but each guideline needs further explanation and definitions. Without them you have nothing more than another weapon for the political hack to attack his enemies in plain view. In other words, more power, which has always been the only real goal behind Marxist policies.
 
This latest Marxist move-action by mamdani is the reason why I keep calling this
modern day Dummy Party as being a full blown Marxist Party. JPP leftists need to
come to the realization that they are fully consumed in Marxism. Great OP Teflon Don,
and I say it goes down by far as being the forum's #1 OP.

JPP marxists are amazingly silent on this issue. I wonder why that is? When I argued that Mandani is a marxist they all bristled.

Only can only presume by their silence that they support his actions. Or maybe Rachel Maddow hasn't told them what to think about it yet?

Marxism (like Mamdani Marxism) analyzes and convinces other socialists, leftists and Marxists that capitalism exploits labor and drives societal conflict (which is exactly what Marxism does), thus advocating for a working-class revolution to replace capitalism with a classless, stateless, communist society. If you need more explanation concerning Marxism, then I suggest you contact or listen to Bernie Sanders or Mamdani, who are both Marxists.

By the way, do you think America's great Industrial Revolution of the late 19th century was such a success due to capitalism or Marxism?

And when the "nonprofits" run those properties into the ground or are unable to turn them around... What then? What will Mamdani do next? What next government-based solution will he propose?

NOpe. All gonna be nice and legal like.

The city will pursue aggressive legal action, utilizing foreclosure auctions and housing courts (like the 7A program) to remove owners with chronic, egregious building and safety violations.
