Trump approval rating slips to record low of 34% in YouGov/Economist poll - the most unpopular president since this poll started in 2009

The way the primaries went says something different. ;)
That poll is one that counts.
We will see in November if this was a smart strategy. expectations are way high for the Democrats currently, that is a dangerous place to be in October, but a great place to be currently.

Whatever, brah. I'll tell you right now:
Americans are over it, all of it.
All of the BS, including what's on the Republican side.

Trump has realized he will not win a free and fair election this midterms so he is All-In on rigging and cheating to win it. That has freed him to not care about voters feel about him. Either the rigging and theft succeeds or it does not.
So, you are now saying election fraud is a real thing, not all but a myth and extremely rare, are you?

Trump approval rating slips to record low of 34 percent in YouGov/Economist poll

President Trump’s job approval rating fell to a record low of 34 percent in this week’s YouGov/The Economist poll, marking the lowest level recorded in the survey across both of his terms in office.

The rating is also lower than any approval rating former President Biden received during his presidency, according to YouGov. The Economist noted Trump “this week became the most unpopular president since our poll started in 2009.”

Good.

Nate Silver concurs:

"

The latest on Trump’s approval rating

Updated May 31, 2026

Today, Donald Trump’s net approval rating is sitting at -19.1 in the Silver Bulletin average. That’s less popular than Joe Biden was at this point in his term (-13.6) and less popular than Trump himself was during his first term (-10.6).

About 48 percent of Americans strongly disapprove of Trump’s job performance. Just 21.7 percent strongly approve of the job he’s doing, while another 17.2 percent only somewhat approve."

And it is going down more and more everyday.

You are correct. They need that Hopium now more than ever.

Biggest Drops: Where Approval Has Fallen the Most

The largest declines in net approval highlight just how much ground Trump has lost since taking office.

  • Wyoming: +47 → +22 (down 25 points)
  • Kentucky: +23 → 0 (down 23 points)
  • Nebraska: +18 → -4 (down 22 points)
  • Alaska: +9 → -12 (down 21 points)
  • Florida: +9 → -12 (down 21 points)
  • Oklahoma: +31 → +10 (down 21 points)
  • Nevada: 0 → -20 (down 20 points)
  • Maine: -12 → -31 (down 19 points)
  • Ohio: +8 → -11 (down 19 points)
  • Utah: +20 → +1 (down 19 points)

Just outside the top tier, Idaho, Tennessee and Montana also fall by 19 points, while Kansas and West Virginia are down 18 points. These numbers point to a simple shift: states that began the term with comfortable pro‑Trump margins now look far less secure—and in several cases have slipped into negative territory.

Wyoming remains Trump’s strongest state, but even there the margin has narrowed sharply. Kentucky, meanwhile, has dropped from solidly positive to dead even, illustrating how quickly the landscape has shifted.

And if you noticed most of those states are RED states , looks like Trump's MAGA followers are waking up and are seeing how much Trump is hurting the people of the USA.
Just wait till the rest of the BBB goes into effect after the mid terms and watch them cry.

Excellent stats and analysis. I'd like to see what the swing states' rankings look like.

As you morons celebrate this convenient poll. You might want to consider the fact that every single poll, meaning not one poll at all came even close to calling Paxton vs. Cornyn. Almost every poll was off over 20 points.

Also, Rasmussen has Trump at 43% in May. Which one is more accurate? I wonder if your puppet masters are getting very nervous and are more and more desperate to give their drones something to cheer about? I think yes. Is it working? That depends on whether or not some of you idiots start sending your handlers money. They're absolutely desperate for something to pry those wallets apart. Currently 17 million in debt, while republicans have well over 200 million. Ouch. Will this poll do the trick? Hardly. It's because you're all retarded. You need to fix that before the money will flow.
