It is one thing to relieve sanctions on Iran in exchange for the country giving up its nuclear weapons program. That was the purpose of imposing the sanctions in the first place. But Barack Obama’s administration and the other parties to the interim nuclear deal with Iran now seem to be saying they are willing to release to Iran between a third and a half a trillion dollars over the next 15 years in order for Iran not to give up the program, but to freeze it.

Morally speaking I am against the GCC countries paying the Iranians tribute for reconstruction. They were bombed yes but they took the bombing and soldiered on. The country that signed the document saying there is going to be a 300 bn reconstruction fund is the US.

There should be a Trump war tax levied on all US citizens for 1000$ each to pay the 300 bn dollars reparations that is owed.

Trump was saying that nobody knew what was in it. Fake news etc. This is very similar to what Al Arabiya and the Iranians released.

The only analysis I would add is that Point 5 specifically mentions that vessels can pass for no charge for "60 days only". That is the only thing the Iranians have conceded. After that Iran and Oman can decide amongst themselves if they want to charge for passage

Edit: Also Id like to point out that if these terms look favorable to Iran that is by design. Losers get the terms dictated to them by the winners.
