Judge Corners DOJ for Covering Up Files on Trump’s 13-Year-Old Accuser

A federal judge has cornered the Justice Department for withholding files on FBI interviews with the woman who accused Donald Trump of sexually assaulting her when she was 13.

U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered acting Attorney General Todd Blanche to release unredacted versions of several Jeffrey Epstein files, or explain why the DOJ should be allowed to keep them secret, as he sided with investigative journalist Katie Phang, who had accused Blanche of violating the Epstein Files Transparency Act. He gave the government until July 2 to comply.

Sullivan's decision covers FBI notes from interviews with a woman who claimed that Epstein introduced her to Trump in 1984, when she was about 13 years old, and that Trump forced her to perform a sexual act on him. Trump has denied the allegation.

The South Carolina woman's allegations were revealed in documents released as part of the DOJ's Epstein files dump, including redacted FBI documents summarizing the interviews, but The Post and Courier reports that dozens of pages on the interviews have yet to be released.

The woman was interviewed by the FBI four times about her allegations against Trump in 2019, soon after Epstein was arrested on suspicion of federal child sex offenses.

The woman alleged that Epstein took her to a "very tall building with huge rooms." Trump, she said, ordered everyone else out of the room, unzipped his pants, and pushed her head "down to his penis." She then "bit the s--- out of" Trump's penis, she said, after which he punched her in the head.

There is no bullshit here.

The DoJ is withholding and redacting Epstein documents in defiance of the law Congress passed that specifically does not allow them to do so. This judge is merely saying to release them.

What the documents will actually say or point will then be public information.

You do not want Epstein documents being covered up by this or any other DoJ do you? You want them released and to let the public see them, right?

Grok, are the salacious claims in this Daily Beast piece credible?

No, the salacious claims themselves are not credible as proven facts—they remain unverified, uncorroborated allegations from a single accuser, consistent with a pattern of similar claims that were filed and then dropped years ago.

The Daily Beast piece (republished on Yahoo) accurately reports on a recent court development: U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan (a Clinton appointee) issued a preliminary injunction ordering the DOJ (under Acting AG Todd Blanche in the current administration) to either release additional unredacted Epstein-related files or explain why not, by July 2. This stems from a lawsuit by journalist Katie Phang alleging incomplete compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act (passed in late 2025 and signed by Trump).

Key Context on the Claims

  • The "salacious claims" refer to FBI 302 interview summaries (agent notes, not sworn testimony or evidence) with a South Carolina woman. She alleged Epstein introduced her to Trump around 1984 (when she was ~13), in a tall building, where Trump allegedly forced oral sex, she bit him, and he punched her. She claimed multiple FBI interviews in 2019 after Epstein's arrest.
  • Some personal details she provided about other matters (e.g., another alleged abuser) have partial corroboration from local reporting (e.g., The Post and Courier), lending some plausibility to her background or interactions with Epstein. However, no direct evidence corroborates the Trump-specific assault, and the FBI never pursued charges.
  • This echoes the 2016 "Katie Johnson"/"Jane Doe" lawsuit, where an anonymous woman accused Trump and Epstein of raping her at 13 in 1994 at Epstein parties. Those suits were filed, refiled, and voluntarily dropped (including right before a planned press conference), with threats cited as a reason. Trump denied them as fabrications.

Why the Article's Framing Is Sensational but the Core Reporting Holds

  • The judge's ruling is procedural/transparency-focused, not a validation of the allegations. It criticizes DOJ delays/redactions under the Act and finds Phang has standing and is likely to succeed on some points. It does not rule the claims true.
  • The Act (bipartisan pressure amid Epstein interest) mandates broad release of DOJ/Epstein files with limited exceptions (victim privacy, active investigations). Partial releases happened; Phang sued over more. The White House calls the specific accusations "baseless" and notes prior DOJ inaction under Biden.
  • Daily Beast (left-leaning, often adversarial to Trump) headlines it provocatively ("covering up," "13-Year-Old Accuser") to imply scandal, but the facts are narrower: ongoing fights over file releases amid known Epstein-Trump social ties in the 80s/90s (which Trump has acknowledged, while claiming he later distanced himself). Epstein files have included unproven accusations against many powerful people.

Credibility assessment: Allegations in raw FBI 302s are common in investigations—they're leads, often messy or false, not evidence. This one has persisted across decades in different forms without charges, corroborating witnesses, physical evidence, or successful litigation. Partial background corroboration doesn't prove the core assault claim. Epstein's network involved real victims and enablers, but extraordinary claims require strong evidence, which isn't here. Full file releases (as the judge is pushing) could add context, but don't equate to proof. Trump denies it; no prosecution ever followed. Treat with skepticism, especially from partisan outlets.

My point has NOTHING to do with Trump specifically, you brain dead simpleton.

Congress passed a law specific to the Epstein files that DOES NOT allow the DoJ to redact or hold back ANY documents like they did.

DoJ is giving Congress the middle finger and ignoring the law to protect the names of powerful men, and it seems clear those men are both from the left and right.

So this Judge is demanding the DoJ follow the law and submit ALL the documents required to Congress.

For sake of argument lets just say you are correct and those documents have nothing to do with Trump, ..he is not named... he has done nothing wrong ...then you should support this judge and all those documents being released, if you actually believe that. Do you?

Then we need all the files to see what REALLY happened

And your evidence is what?
That I know Giuffre's dad worked for Trump, and they talked every day, and that's why Maxwell and Epstein were barred from Mar-A-Lago.
In around 2005. deshy weshy.
Virginia Giuffre, that was her name. Most likely she was murdered, bitch.
Trump called the law on Epstein.
