while i agree with most of what you say i do think the MOU has a chance to hold as the deal really commits Iran to nothing while giving them almost everything they asked for (no inspections, they can build and have WMDs, they get paid huge money right away, etc).
The only reason to bet against is Israel as they may ensure no deal holds. But Trump did everything in his surrender to give Iran a deal they would love and hold to.
