Archaeology of the New Testament

Expertise matters. That's why you go to a dentist when you have a tooth ache, or a doctor when you have an acute illness.

You are not in a position to challenge Einstein and Hawking on the physical nature of the universe.
you're oversimplifying their utterances.

I am challenging you, fucktard.

this is same thing as "a survey of scientists says global warming is real".

or
" 99% of doctors say the covid vaccine is safe and effective".

they had doctors saying cigarettes were healthy in the fifties.

You want to believe it's organized because you want to believe in a god.

"Organized" is subjective.
he wants to create the notion that with enough computer power, the whole sphere of man can be fully modeled and predictable with enough "Compute".

its the same delusion as wall street wanting "mark to model".

OMG the insanity of mark to model.

You want to believe it's organized because you want to believe in a god.

"Organized" is subjective.
It is not subjective. It is objective. See random number mathematics, probability mathematics, and deterministic systems.

The Universe is unorganized. It is a perfect randR generator.

NO SYSTEM can evaluate its own output.
It certainly can, and it does, AI depends on this. Its output also becomes its own input.
Even a simple oscillator has this capbility. All radio systems and computer systems depend on it.
I have my computer evaluate its own logs.
TO Gurantee reliability, output must be evaluated by a different system ... and on and on infintely recursively.
Nope. Computers evaluate their own output quite regularly. This happens in every operating system.
And AI cannot even evaluate the outputs of its own sub actions.
It certainly can, and does.
IT gets dumber and dumber the more it goes because it takes is OWN AI SLOP AS TRUTH.
IT is not AI.
AI does not take it's own slop as 'the truth'. It is a program that simply re-evaluates its own slop with other information coming in.

Programs like Grok and ChatGPT echo the slop that's on the web, because they gather much of their information from there.
AI generates so much output it can not be realistically evaluated by humans.
Oddly enough, it is humans that programmed it, and supply ALL the data for its learning loop. Humans built the web, after all.
there is no solultion.
Yes there is.

Use AI as the useful too it is. It is not a Holy Oracle. It was never meant to be. It is not a Universal Truth. It was never meant to be.

Plus AI is taught to lie by training it on propaganda.
AI is not sentient.
whole movement fucked.

all supporters stupid.
AI is a useful tool, but it is not a Holy Oracle and not a Universal Truth. It is not sentient.
It is good at correlating navigation data. It is good at correlating what at first appears to be unrelated data.
It is getting better and better and correlating a crude understanding of English (and other languages). Indeed, it is better at English than most people here on JPP.

It is a lousy substitute for a brain. It cannot reason. Cut and pasting AI output is just spam and slop. It is not even presenting an argument. It's just mindless cut and paste for the extremely lazy.

Its just a great surveillance system and can do a lot of great tasks.
It's actually lousy at surveillance.
its is a great tool.
That it is.
but you must evaluate the output youreself. trusting it is stupid.
Here, here! AI is only as good as the one guiding it. That's you, the user.
but they mostly want it for surveillance.
It's lousy at that!
the overvaluation is off the charts fucking stupid.
What is 'overevaluation'?
giant bubble.
A bubble? To some degree, people investing in these data centers is.
Eventually, like all bubbles, this too will pop, and the market for data centers will saturate.

Components like memory, disks, CPUs, and GPUs will become available and cheap again.

This event is already occurring. The market is already correcting. It isn't there yet, but it is moving in that direction.

really good.

but "becoming cheap again" does mean significant market loss and corporate failure and layoffs, due to over leveraging.

but we must let the pain in to extinguish the global evil.

really good.
I think so.

And here is where you make your error.
The AI market is not all markets.

As always, some markets will do less well, and some will do better.

AI already has a lot of layoffs. Once these data centers are built, the people that built them are no longer needed to work them. They have to find another job somewhere. It's the nature of contract work like this.

its worse than this, Fido.

its way over leveraged.

you're wrong.

it such a huge bubble it will be tragic in a "you will own nothing and be happy" way.

its way over leveraged.
Nah. Just moderately so.
you're wrong.
How so?
it such a huge bubble it will be tragic in a "you will own nothing and be happy" way.
Already a lie.
I own my land.
I own my vehicles.
I own my business.
I own my guns.
I own my computers.
I own my software, including any AI that is incorporated into that software.

There are not that many datacenters.
Some of them are canceling already.
The market for them is self correcting.
