Archaeology of the New Testament

Whooooaaah, easy there Tiger, you worship the Climate goddess, precluding atheism.

Let's see ... you think that it is foolish to believe that a great flood occurred in which the waters prevailed 15 cubits, and that extreme weather killed all life on the planet, because that's impossible ... but that we are foolish to not believe that in 30 years, or by the end of the century, that the world's waters will prevail 15 cubits, and that extreme weather will kill all life on the planet, because that is an absolute certainty once we reach the "tipping point", and it might already be too late.

You're no atheist; you're a fire and brimstone preacher of a WACKY Marxist religion based on HATRED and intolerance, that seeks to destroy the world economy and quash any and all happiness in the world.

On a side note, no matter how you respond, you lose. If you admit to your profound devotion to your Climate faith, you lose your title of "atheist"; if you disavow your religious Climate beliefs, you acknowledge the religious nature of the Climate faith, which you fight tooth-and-nail to keep concealed (even though everyone already knows).
And you're as dumb as Into the Night. 👍

He also worships, according to his own posts, a Sky Daddy and a Farting Rainbow Unicorn.

Funny how that works, isn't it?

An excellent point.

The funny part is that you keep tap dancing around my belief that this is all related to your Christian sky wizard, yet you keep bringing up atheism.
Your anger or resentment about whatever happened to you at the fundy church your parents dragged you to is not my concern.

At this point I would say I'm a panentheist, though I don't like the constricting nature of labels. I don't confine myself to labels.
All of this just one big setup to pull a bait & switch!
You seem very paranoid.
Your intent is to get agreement on this undefined 'thing' creator of the universe, that you keep referencing in vague terminology. It's not a being and may or not be conscious, but it has agency.
I don't have a precise physical or philosophical description of the rational cause of the universe, your just going to have to accept a lot of it is vague. I've said about four times already I don't have the ultimate answer, all I can do is make a little progress towards the answer.

I fail to see why having to be necessarily vague would make you agitated.
Once you get agreement on the existence of the elusive entity, you're going to say "See! This is the creator of the universe that Christians believe in "
Wrong. I think it is your latent resentment about Christianity that is making you paranoid that this is all somehow a diabolical Christian trap set for you.

If you hadn't noticed, the fundamentalist Christians on this thread are just as mad at me as you are.

You didn't post any science to support your assertion. You posted words that a lay administrator told a web developer to write!
The reason the CERN website and the Brookhaven physics lab website don't meet your standards for scientific information is because you are a bad faith poster who is allergic to ever admitting that posts I write about physics are generally accurate and correct.

The reason you call me a bad faith poster is that I don't share your utter delusions and I don't "play along." You consider that "bad faith."

I think I have posted in this thread before...Imho there is no God as described in all the various flavours of old Sky-Fairyism. There is just Prole-Control by the current ruling psychopaths over their gullible Serfs/Goyim.

Why is this observable truth down here so difficult to understand for anyone with an IQ over 79.95

The fact that energy and matter are interchangeable is not a 'delusion'; it's universally acknowledged by professional physicists to be a scientifically accurate description of reality.

They are one and the same along with gfm7175 and uncensored.

Bringing yet another thread out of the Kiddie Pool.
Yet another thread brought out from the kiddie pool for public discussion.
Going "to" the deep end merely means you don't want to be in the kiddie pool.

You don't speak for Jesus Christ.
You don't speak for "top economists"
You don't speak for God, Sybil.

Fake news.
More Fake News.
Fake news.

I'll officially consider your king tipped.
Tipped your king again. Come back and play anytime. Your fake ignore is just a lie.
... and your king is tipped.

That's all fine since no one can prove why or how the Universe came to be. I'm disagree with people who believe the Bible is 100% true and I disagree with people like you who mock it and claim it's 100% fabrication.

While I believe there is more to existence than being a mobile meat computer, I can't prove there is an existence beyond the mortal and material. As such, I admit I do not know.
I mostly agree with this.

I'm in this book club that has a bunch of Lutherans, and they all said, including the pastor, that they believe Noah's Ark is an allegorical story, not a historical biography.

Back to my original point....

You don't believe this undefined, conscious "thing" made matter, but you believe that this undefined, conscious thing injected all of the forces into matter.

Is that correct?

How could anyone resent ,that Jesus Chose The Cross to offer salvation to a planet full of sinners, the two legged animal with A Spirit!

Energy and matter are not interchangeable. You don't get to speak for everyone. Omniscience fallacy.
Go learn what 'reality' means and how it's defined. Buzzword fallacy.

Science does not use consensus.
Science is not a royal court.
Science is not your reality.
There is no 'Universal Reality'.

Energy is not matter.
Matter is not energy.
You cannot convert matter to energy.
You cannot convert energy to matter.
