ya the Judge could certainly render a finding that it is clear they are trying to get around his ruling via a technicality and deny it. If this was what Trump did originally instead of just changing the name i think it would have passed but Trump has shown his hand and the judge does not have to ignore that. He is trying to change the name recognition of the building and the judge could find this does that too.

I hope he does. Make Trump show how small minded and narcissistic he is by making him take this stupid case to the Appellate court.

And it is incorrect as this renovation is not done by "Donald Trump". It is being done by the taxpayers or the Board at Trump's insistence but it is not Trump doing it. That is not a nitpick distinction.
