I was never taught that, Mr. Earl. Sure, we were told that at some unknown time the world would come to an end but not in the sense of the "rapture." Perhaps I should have used that word instead of "end times." There was a former poster here who talked about the world ending on a certain day in 2016. She truly believed it, then she had to sign in on the day after and say "oops."

I am not a Catholic and I too do not believe in a " rapture" . I am a non denominational Christian who at times has also attended a Baptist church.
