Yakuda Trumps "cognitive test" is a dementia progression test and the only reason, ONLY, to take it more than once is because friends or family convince you or trick you into doing it as they believe they see dementia progressing and want to monitor it.
In the case of Trump they tell him it is a "Cognitive Test" to trick him to keep taking it and he falls for it.
