In what way? You don't have the understanding requisite to grasp the difference between civil and criminal law. In a civil case, there is no "guilty." When you lie that TWUMP was found guilty of rape, you once again demonstrate your abject ignorance of American Jurisprudence. Civil law deals with liability, not guilt or innocence. A civil trial can't find anyone guilty of anything, and this one most certainly did not find TWUMP guilty of rape. You are spreading malicious lies to defame your enemy.

The prosecutor - Juan Merchan, in cahoots with Merrick Garland who sent his top man, Matthew Colangelo to help tamper with the 2024 presidential elections, claimed Trump made a bookkeeping error. Ignoring the utter stupidity of thinking that President Trump is making entries in AP and the ledger, had the allegation by the Soros team been true it would be at MOST a misdemeanor.

Of course there was another issue - being that the claim was several years outside the statute of limitations. But New York isn't a civilized place with the rule of law, so the Soros team ignored little things like the law and went after the political rival of Joe Bident anyway.

Despite this, the Soros team decided to use city Judge Merchan to prosecute federal election law. Obviously a city judge has no authority to prosecute anything - but in a lynching little things like the law are not considered. Moreover Merchan had no authority to prosecute Federal law, but again - it's a lynching not a legitimate legal action. I know, a city Judge has no ethical or legal right to prosecute federal law, but this is a lynching, legal and ethical have nothing to do with it. Merchan argued to himself that federal law was an underlying crime making the bookkeeping error a felony. Yeah, it's absurd, but LYNCHING.

So what was the magic underlying charge that makes a misdemeanor beyond the statute a felony? Well no one can say. Not Merchan, not Garland, Not the frigging Emperor of the democrat party, George Soros himself. Because Merchan gave the Jury a smorgasbord of allegations and said "pick one, any one, no need for agreement, this is a lynching." What did they pick? No one knows, no one cares - it's a lynching after all. It's not related to legitimate jurisprudence in any way at all.
