Did you fly up to heaven to learn something?
^^^^This man actually believes he bumped his head and went to heaven and then came back to life.
Seriously.
LOLOLOLOOOOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOFLOLOLLOLOLOLOL
C'mon man! Tell us how you hit you widdle head once and thought you died and went to heaven! It's so FUCKIN' FUNNY to think an ADULT believes that!
Tell us about your "near death experience" again. I find that so hilarious. It always brings a smile to my face that an adult man can think the kind of shit you do.
Agreed. They aren’t robots nor androids. They are living creatures as intelligent as human beings…if not more so. Hence the bioengineered short lifespan.I guess they are bioengineered life forms?
Does anyone disagree that the “63” in Perry’s 5th(?) username is his IQ?
No “may” about it, Perry.I may have a low IQ but I don't think I bumped my widdle head and flew up to heaven and then came back.
No “may” about it, Perry.
Your emotional and intellectual development is clearly retarded as indicated by your inability to have an adult conversation. You are stunted at the level of a 12 year old.
I’m curious if it’s due to accident or genetics. Did you drown once and spent too long without oxygen? Did your parents have you when they were in their 40s or 50s? Born to a family in West Virginny that had too many generations of cousins marrying cousins? A real life version of “The Hills Have Eyes”?

“You mind”? Perry, you’re the retard derailing every intellectual thread on the forum. I enjoy poking and testing you like a lab rat in an effort to further understand the limits of your intellect…..such as they are.Do you ever get tired being you? It must be a dark shitting place to spend all day in you mind.
You were discussing economics, not science.Yes, I realize that. But that said, science fiction should have some actual science in it. Science fantasy doesn't require any semblance of reality in it.
What does a Nexus 6 cost to manufacture?
How much value does it produce in four years?
I'd think something with that short a usable lifespan that is that complex to manufacture would be horribly uneconomical to the point nobody would be buying it.

I also find it interesting you don’t believe in God and/or an afterlife. Is that because you blame God for allowing you to be born a mental defective?![]()
Was it because you lost your computer privileges at your facility, Perry? Were you a bad little boy?Ahem, I hadn't posted anything on this thread for a long while. YOU came on here and just started insulting me (as per usual).
look in a mirror, fuckwad.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP WASTING THE ENVIRONMENT TO MAKE THIS SHIT!!!!!!
CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL, CYPRESS.
EVERY TIME YOU DO THIS AI SHIT YOU DESTROY THE ENVIRONMENT ALL JUST TO SERVE YOUR EGO.
EVIL.
Wow. Good job. You didn't use AI.
But don't get lazy again. I know you neither believe in nor trust the science, but it's real. Climate change is real. Even if you are unable to understand it.
Now go watch Paw Patrol and get back to us with the philosophical underpinnings.
Cypress, CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL. STOP DESTROYING THE CLIMATE BECAUSE OF YOUR EGO.
Don't be evil
CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL, CYPRESS.
CLIMATE CHANGE IS REAL

The fuckwad is this retard:
If you weren’t so retarded, Perry, you’d know I’m 70 and both my parents are dead.Did your mom give you syphillis again?
If you weren’t so retarded, Perry, you’d know I’m 70 and both my parents are dead.
Oh Perry. Is that the retardation speaking? A fantasy of mommy? Do you scour the Internet for old dead women to pull your widdle pud?You have sex with corpses????? Woah!
I was so accustomed to seeing heroic protagonists in sci-fi (Luke Skywalker, Captain Kirk, Buck Rogers, Spock, Princess Leia) that the anti-hero protagonist Deckard seemed striking and unique to the genre at that time.I remember seeing it in 1982. I was 27, still naive and saw the world through the eyes of an optimist. Watching it was not only visually dark but dystopian dark. I loved sci-fi but had never seen it so openly "we are fucked in the future" this way. At least not onscreen. The song In The Year 2525 was my first clue but I was still a teen. Technology seems to be bending us toward that future.......especially if we let the oligarchs make all the decisions.......just my take. Return to your shit show of demeaning each other..........it seems to be the only real sport here.......
Blade Runner is a unique classic in many ways with anti-hero fighting “the system” being only one. A Clockwork Orange was much darker and more villainous than anti-hero, although I think the anarchists would like Alex as a hero. Mad Max also preceded Deckard by a few years, but that was in an apocalyptic future, not a “civilized” thriving society.I was so accustomed to seeing heroic protagonists in sci-fi (Luke Skywalker, Captain Kirk, Buck Rogers, Spock, Princess Leia) that the anti-hero protagonist Deckard seemed striking and unique to the genre at that time.
You're right. Mad Max is a great example.Blade Runner is a unique classic in many ways with anti-hero fighting “the system” being only one. Batman was a comic book anti-hero, but wasn’t depicted as one until years later. The campy TV was almost embarrassing to the genre. LOL
Blade Runner is a classic movie of a “morally ambiguous” future. Mad Max was simply surviving in an apocalypse. Deckard, as you pointed out, was conflicted by his duties and obligations as a police officer and the morality of treating sentient beings as slaves and disposable trash….including one he fell in love with. You're right. Mad Max is a great example.
Sure, the morally ambiguous anti-hero protagonist has been around in film for ages: Rick in Casablanca, Clint Eastwood spaghetti westerns, Captain Willard in Apocalypse Now.
I had just never seen that type of protagonist in the science fiction genre I had been watching up to then.
