Preventative healthcare should be paid out of pocket. That would keep the costs way down from what they are. Using insurance to pay for just about anything that's routine is asininely absurd. It is one of the main drivers of rising insurance policy costs. Those home and car maintenance policies are the same thing. They just drive up the cost of those services massively.

And virtually all of them have worse healthcare provision and quality. Look at the actual studies on this. The US ranks in the top 3 for quality of care in all of them. Our shorter life span isn't due to healthcare issues, but other things.
Crummier outcomes at less expense because the government doesn't give a shit about your health only that you don't cost them an arm and a leg--unless it's your arm and leg. It's just facts.

In Canada you could well die waiting to be seen for some condition. Canadians regularly come to Arizona to cross over into Mexico and use their private, pay as you go healthcare for prescriptions, dental, and general care because there's no waiting, the price if great, and the quality is equal or better to what you'd get in Canada.

He doesn't know what 'fascism' means. He thinks it means 'union of corporate and government', whatever THAT means! Corporations, if course, are not government. They are private businesses, each trying to make a profit to survive. The only difference between a business owner and a corporation is that corporations have a constitution, called the corporate bylaws. This document describes how many shares the corporation has to sell, how many can be sold by the founders, what happens if the corporation dissolves, how the board is established, etc.; but it IS just a business in the end. It is not government.
