I think Canada and the US were about to actually sign a deal, but Howard Lutnick had been making noises about how the deal wasn’t “tough enough” on Canada.He likely overruled Greer and pushed to have those one-sided demands last minute, basically killing the deal. Probably all in a bid to look tough in front of Trump.Unfortunately, 2 months ahead of the mid terms, this will likely backfire spectacularly. Lutnick will likely be blamed by Trump if there’s any blowback. Deteriorating relations between him and Trump are to watch.

The Demonic Empire now operates as a low quality mafia operation.

I see the local left is ignoring the massive tariffs Canada has imposed on US products for years......here's one glaring example. :

Over-Quota: Prohibitive duties of 245% in some cases.
