Trump should have kept the Obama 2015 nuclear framework in place, and sought to improve it if experts found areas needing to be beefed up.

Not for this time of year, you see, gas fluctuates, wildly by time of year. Gas has never been this high at this point in time of any year.

You are not comparing apples to apples..

Trump is not as much "quitting" as he has been 'defeated' and has no choice but to accept the loss.
