How dare they look for new jobs, and they have no marketable skills? Both at the same time? If someone does not do a job, then let them go. Seriously, anyone has a job, because they are useful to their employer. Screaming at them that they are useless is a scam. Complaining about them quitting is just admitting that they should have been paid more.
