What Religious Figurehead would you rather follow....Jesus Christ or Muhammad?

Where's the "My Own Path" option?

How sad that you hate without knowledge, despise without understanding, and forget what Christ taught us to do -- Love your neighbor as you love yourself and your kin.
Where from that clear meme do you see that I'm hating something or someone? The fact that Christ taught us (me) to love our neighbor as we would love ourself and our kin tells us just how much we should abide by the Christian message. Simply by pointing out the differences between the Christian
religion and that of Muhammad's religion is in no way suggesting that I or any Christian would hate our Satanic minded Muhammad neighbor.

1Samuel 15:3

Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’

Hater, Hater, Hater.

What happened in your life to turn you to so much HATE?

Whatever it was...forgive the circumstances and person/persons that precipitated it...and get rid of that HATE.

You really owe it to yourself. This is not a dress rehearsal.

The god of the Bible...the god of Christianity...commands to kill often.

Hater is just doing his thing.

thats the old testament entity.

there's a theory the OT god is actually different than "god" , a demon (demiurge) named yaldabaoth.

jesus is notably different than ot horror and gore.

thats why Christianity is better than Judaism.

you are listening to the wrong authorities and you have dumb thoughts.

here's the truth

Valentinianism was a second-century Christian movement associated with Valentinus, a prominent teacher active around the mid-100s. Catholic writers classified it as a heresy because it radically reinterpreted Christian teachings about creation, Christ, salvation, and resurrection.

Its central ideas included:

  • A transcendent divine fullness, often called the Pleroma, consisting of spiritual beings or “aeons.”
  • A primordial disruption involving Sophia (“Wisdom”), which resulted in the creation of the material cosmos.
  • The claim that the visible world was made not directly by the highest God, but by a lesser creator, commonly called the Demiurge.
  • A sharp distinction between spiritual and material reality. Some humans were thought to possess a spiritual nature and could be saved through gnosis, or esoteric knowledge.
  • A view of Christ primarily as the revealer who brings this hidden knowledge, rather than simply as the incarnate Son who truly assumed ordinary human flesh.
  • The expectation that salvation involved escape from the material realm, rather than the redemption and resurrection of the body.
These teachings conflicted with what became mainstream Catholic doctrine: that there is one good God who created the material world, that Jesus Christ is genuinely God and genuinely human, that his bodily death and resurrection are essential to salvation, and that the body itself will be resurrected.

Valentinianism was sophisticated and often used Christian Scriptures, especially the Gospel of John and Paul’s letters, so it was not merely an external pagan alternative. Its adherents considered themselves Christians with a deeper interpretation of the faith. Catholic theologians such as Irenaeus of Lyons, Tertullian, and Hippolytus argued against it, emphasizing public apostolic teaching, the unity of the biblical canon, and the rule of faith handed down through bishops.

In historical terms, the “Valentinian heresy” is therefore best understood as a major Christian Gnostic theological system that helped force the developing Catholic Church to define more clearly its doctrines of creation, incarnation, resurrection, Scripture, and ecclesial authority.
