trump intentionally erased the Presidents he does not want to deal with. he is trying to erase JFK and Reagan from history, because different voters consider them the greatest. Johnson, Nixon, and the two Bushs were controversial, so excluded. Truman and Eisenhower were involved with defeating Hitler, so removed.

General Eisenhower was one of the commanders who defeated Hitler, and trump loves Hitler.

Hitler may be the least lovable human being of his century. Loving him would be a reach even for Trump, who doesn't love anyone to begin with. Envied Hitler's complete authority though? No doubt.
