Shaken, not stirred!
The Republican party was taken over by the Tea Party who morphed into MAGA. Now the Democratic party is fighting tooth and nail NOT to acknowledge that on coming wave of progressive and DS candidates that are being voted in. The difference is that unlike MAGA, progressives and DS are working for the benefit of all (BY THE PEOPLE, OF THE PEOPLE, FOR THE PEOPLE) and not to have things "trickled down" from the theocratic tinged corporatocracy.

No, the DSA is not. They can claim whatever they want, but they are not working for 'The People.' They are working to gain power.

The Democrats are certainly working harder and more efficiently toward a better America than the Republicans right now. The Republican Party is a huge disappointment at the moment...seemingly intent on making America a dictatorship...and a bully in the world.

Let me put it this way; the Dem party leadership has become a sort of stop gap for the GOP agenda. Schumer & Jeffries are prime examples. Mind you, eliminate those on the AIPAC payroll, and you'll see a change in foreign policy. Some rake this viewpoint:

If you are saying that the GOP is using the Democratic Party for its own ends...I disagree. I am not sure that is what you are saying.

In my opinion, the GOP has become a tent for cowards...and doesn't contain the collective brains to bne that resourceful.

per your sentences:

1) No, I didn't say that. Put it another way, the Democratic Party in my life time has become a sort of "Republican-lite". The "common ground" they seek with the GOP usually ends up with a mere modicum of progressive for the people while maintaining the control by the corporatocracy.

2) No, the GOP are anything but cowards. The crap we're seeing now has been the results of a long game plan that has been coming since the Nixon era. But the more embolden they become, the more people start to push back. Which is why you see the panic in BOTH parties regarding polling coupled with Democratic progressive and DS candidate wins.

Which is what would actually help the people. Your MAGA principle of "I've got mine, and fuck you, especially if you're brown or black" is all about to end, trumptard.
