Mary Peltola engaged in a criminal conspiracy (per the cited article) to siphon votes by recruiting people named Dan Sullivan and placing them on the Alaska Ballot in order to tamper with and corrupt the election.

Both the Federal Election Commission and the FBI are conducting criminal investigations into this. The Alaska court did not rule on the fraud conducted by Peltola, only on the question of whether the fake Sullivan could remain on the ballot.

True, but this goes far beyond that. Peltola were actively recruiting people with the same and similar names in order to defraud and corrupt an election for federal office. That is criminal conspiracy and a felony.

Election fraud is just what democrats do. It's their "signature."
