It makes no sense that someone who freely chooses to live under the tyranny of the authoritarian Thai government finds time to complain about the governance of Barack Obama.
Obama had authorization to kill OBL and Biden had authorization to attack Al Qaeda.
Trump Dick Suckers conveniently forget that Congress authorized a global war on Al Qaeda and their affiliates and that resolution remained in effect.

Agreed. Like members of the Krazy K**** Klub, he appears to be living a fantasy life online. Not a problem in general, but I strongly dislike foreign agents fucking with my country. Having them arrested or assassinated by their own government is fine with me.
I'm not going to actively solicit the King's secret police, but payback for years of slander, libel, and lies is a just cause in concept.

It's pathetic. He's afraid to stand up to the Pedo King and the oppressive Thai government and he can't go back to Limey Land so he lives a fantasy life as an American on JPP. Weird!
Repeating a lie does not make it a truth.
Congress passed the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) of 2001 which authorized force on all those responsible for 9/11, and "associated forces." Bin Laden would clearly be responsible for 9/11. Congress authorized the use of force in the War on Terrorism.
While not technically necessary, due to the AUMF, Obama took the additional step of informing the select members of Congress known as the Gang of Eight. They are the top bi-partisan leaders of Congress, and leaders of the intelligence committees.
Everything was very much done by the book.
