That is NOT Trump saying he knows Rusty or any SPECIFIC magat. He is pointing out he KNOWS the lack of morals of his base. And that is you Rusty. Trump does not have to name each indvidual to say he knows his base.

He is not speaking about people in his base he can name. He is speaking to his base in general.
