I Agree with Democrats......Illegal Aliens should get DUE PROCESS

(Tongue in cheek--but it'd be great if we did...)

We give them due process like this.

Upon arrest, the illegal has all personal property on them removed and they go to jail to await their "due process" hearing. At the hearing--it is a civil process after all, so they don't get a lawyer unless they have the cash to hire one on them-- they are hauled in front of the judge.

"State your full name" the judge says.
"I am Juan Jose Sanchez, your worship."
"So, Juan where are you from?"
"I am from Colombia, your honor."
"Got any proof of that Juan?"
"No, senior judge, I have no papers."
"Okay, Juan we need to find out where you're from. Bailiff, spin the wheel!"
The bailiff spins the wheel of deportation... Buuurrrrr, click, click, click...

The judge looks at the wheel. "We've determined you are from Azerbaijan. Officers, deport Juan here to Azerbaijan!"

We missed a great opportunity with Afghanistan. We should have deported ALL illegals there. We could have emptied our prisons of the worse of the worst that way too. Commute their sentence if they agree to deportation to Afghanistan and to give up US citizenship. Let them take their personal stuff and spend all their money before they go on whatever they want--including weapons. I think our 1% biker gangsters are more than a match for the Taliban. At least the bikers know what indoor plumbing is...

Sure. Let's bring him back, toss his ass in jail with no bail because he's a "flight risk" being a foreign national. Then we can try him for human smuggling, certify he's an MS 13 gang member and designated terrorist. Once convicted, he goes to prison for double digits and has an order of deportation slapped on his sorry ass.

So much for his getting anything out "due process."

I'm all for investigating Kilmar. If he is MS-13 then do with as you will. But you can't just make claims.

For that matter from what I hear you are guilty of human trafficking, money laundering and treason. What evidence do I have? Just as much as you do that Abrego-Garcia is MS-13: none.

But hey, it's been said so it MUST be true. Hope you enjoy life under that sort of legal system. It's what you want. You'll get to enjoy it sooner or later yourself.

I have ZERO doubt he's MS 13 or 18th Street (their feeder gang) related. No doubts whatsoever. It's clear he's into human smuggling to. And, yes, I can make claims. I'm not trying to do so in a court of law for a prosecution.

Why not have all you leftists go down there and get thrown in prison with your heroes? Think of the photo ops and how wonderful you will feel actually being in prison with your favorite illegal aliens? They will probably even give you tattoos, mostly just marking you as a slave and prison whore, but hey, it's for The Cause, so don;t worry! it means they accept you as their property! Like branding cattle!
 
I would add six months of a chain gang at hard labor, without pay, for men and women, children (under 12) deported to country of origin, UN-accompanied, to be placed by their home nation into orphanages, and forfeiture of any ability to ever apply for legal immigration.


If caught attempting to re-enter the U.S. it will be an automatic 10 years at hard labor, without pay, and no communications with anyone outside of the prison.


If caught attempting to re-enter the U.S. a third time, execution by Garrote Chair the following morning.
