Sen. Kelly sues the Pentagon over attempts to punish him for his warnings about illegal orders

Oh, now you are trying to change what you've posted? Figures, a cowardly attempt, at that.

You are a coward, through and through. Now you run from what you posted?

Your thirst for killing is a RED FLAG, yet you don't have the balls to face an unarmed man face to face. You're a cunt.
Call the FBI, son. Report me. Be sure to leave your name and address in case they have any questions.

Like most MAGAts, he's not very bright nor well-educated.....just the way the Orange Jesus likes them. LOL

As Jake already stated, service members have both a moral and legal obligation to disobey unlawful orders. Officers have the additional obligation of not giving such orders.
Ya and Pam Bondi said it in a Supreme Court brief and Hegseth said it.

@RB 60 reads the plaque and despite it being taught at West Pointe he simply cannot understand the words on the plaque.

He is hilariously stupid.

Well, armchair JAG officers who have never had a commission do, duh.
What @RB 60 is too stupid to understand is this rule exists outside the military too. If you joined a gang and they gave you an order to do something illegal, you have an obligation to refuse and saying i just followed orders will not keep you from being prosecuted..

You can cry all you want about how you are to know what is legal and not... you can say you are not a lawyer.... none of that will save you.

You have to make and own your own call.
