Many on social media seem to point out McCarthy's two-faced flip-flop when they discuss his legacy as speaker.
You see the video of McCarthy lambasting Trump next to the image of him and Trump smiling at Mar-a-lago weeks later.
This is how he will always be remembered. And it ain't a good look.

I always felt McCarthy talked to America like he was talking to MAGA morons, like he expected us to believe his bullshit.
It was insulting. America is smarter than that.

MAGA said that he is Uniparty and thus could not be trusted from the jump....I dont pay much attention to the games played in Congress because they are generally intended to be diversions as the Revolution consolidates power.....that being said I assume MAGA decided that he is for sure UniParty and thus has to go for the crime of dishonesty.

People wonder why we have a 2 party system. Now we do not. We have Dems, Reds, and now the Trump party. They are more radical and crazier than the Repubs. They see the Repubs as foes as well as Dems. The only way McCarthy could have stayed was by cutting deals with Democrats. Given the tight margin in the House Gaetz had enough votes to bounce McCarthy if McCarthy didn't have enough Dem support. This was inevitable.
