I don't believe in compromise. If you win, you win. No need to compromise. The GOP does not have to compromise on shit. They have been given total control of the government. They should push through their agenda.

but legislation only comes through compromise.
Compromise isn't defeatism either -it should be the will of the people hammered out through representational votes.

I can't beleive I'm actually having to write this stuff in 21st century America..I mean this is basic stuff I learned in civics class back in the 1960's.

not wasting my time with you except for this: how old are you? do you recall like maybe the Reagan years?
Tip O'Neil and Regan were political opposites .they had no common agenda.
yet they did not demonize each other,and they realized to GET THINGS DONE THEY BOTH WANTED
there would have to be givev and take by both sides. They did that and moved the country forward.

So what you're saying is that obstruction is only bad when Dems do it, and that the Dems should simply bend over now that the Republicans have been rewarded for THEIR obstruction with all three branches of government and a stolen SCOTUS pick?
