The area within my state where over 20% get food stamps, which was gerrymandered to create a 60% black majority, is blue. The other red districts don't come close to that 20% nor the 60% black majority. In neighboring states, the same thing applies. Majority black districts represented by black House members where they're the only ones in that state with an over 20% food stamp use.
Shall we post the record numbers of food stamp recipients under the black President?

In NC, there are two Congressional districts where food stamp use is over 20%. Both are a majority minority (blue) district with a black Representative. In SC, there is one Congressional district where food stamp use is over 20%. It's a majority minority district (blue) district with a black Representative.

When doing the math, 1 in every 3 1/2 blacks is on food stamps while only 1 in every 12 1/2 whites is use them.
