What's going on now is the only legal format where the defendant is not allowed to defend themselves by providing rebuttal witness and testimony while :good4u:the prosecution has to prove none of the things they might accuse through (wink, wink) investigation...its up to the "special" prosecutor to judge those investigations being the unbiased and independent "A"political individual he is (its not like he has a record of colluding with Russia himself by hand delivering uranium samples to Russia for Hillary and he has not hand picked his helper lawyers directly from rolls of the DNC donation records. Just ask the proponents of the DEEP STATE...there is a difference between PROOF and INVESTIGATIVE REPORTING, the source of this left wing witch hunt.

You seem to either forget, or simply not care, that the hard-won peace after world war 2 was predicated on a new paradigm of international law that you cannot invade anyone, you cannot commit aggression, and you can only use your military to defend yourself. Wars of aggression were codified in international law as being illegal.

Respect for international law, and international norms of conduct were among the reasons I was against both the United States invasion of Iraq, and the Russian invasions of Georgia, Crimea, and eastern Ukraine. I try to be consistent.

You appear to only excuse wars of aggression if they are committed by the Kremlin. I find that very inconsistent, strange, and it has more than a whiff of treason to it.

How about the Bill of Rights...right to a personal defense, innocent until "proven" guilty by those who ACCUSE, the right of every citizen against search by any government entity void of demonstrable and warranted REASON.

The bill of rights was added to the constitution for a reason...every US CITIZEN (to include the president) is guaranteed the right to face his/her accusers and defend themselves in front of his peers.

The proper name for this choreography produced by the democrats? A political dog and phony show.....there is nothing constitutional about it...they make up the rules as they go along. Hell.....some of the Rhino's in congress are proposing a bill that voids the presidents constitutional executive authority to hire and fire who he will....he must first ask congress to ALLOW him to dismiss..anyone....especially MUELLER. Right. Congress has the right to micro manage the president....not, there are 3 separate and distinct branches of government...each equal (not superior) to the others. Congress cannot tell the president what to do...how to execute his duties as president. These political thugs on both sides of the isle FEAR TRUMP and his actions to drain the swamp of the rats. Its the rats that think the constitution is merely a suggestion that can be ignored at will. Anything goes to get elected and stay at the people's hog trough for life.

Trump has the lamest sense of humor. At these rallies, he always thinks he's doing some great stand-up act, and his supporters certainly guffaw & drool dutifully, but this is really dopey humor.

Watch this....I still laugh my ass of as it was funny as hell but not as expected he wanted people to laugh with him...NOT AT HIM. Obama Texting Trump..skit that was supposed to be FUNNY, "at least I will go down as a president (in history). Then the process will work as Mueller sees fit .. who is a very qualified and experienced investigator who has put together a dream team of very qualified and experienced investigators and lawyers.

Right now, Mueller is following the money trail .. and you have NO IDEA where that trail leads.

nobody knows except for what is leaked, but the principles involved are by and large YUGE contributors to Democrats.
Add in the fact Meullar and Comey are much too close.
Add in the fact a SP powers are so unbounded, and you wind up with the certainty it's gonna slam Trump.

Respectfully, you don't seem to care much about 'justice' as you rush to conclusions that would exonerate Trump long before any investigation concludes.

Obviously you aren't sure at all that Trump has clean hands in this .. else, you'd welcome the investigation to clear your boy.

It was a great speech and the President is right. Russia had absolutely nothing to do with why Trump won the presidency. Anyone who believes that it did - are in a word... delusional.

Trump won the election because of the issues he campaigned on. And despite all of the conspiratorial nonsense to try and cover up that fact - the leaders of the democratic party (like Schumer) damn well know it too. Which is why in his recent roll out of a new policy agenda for the democratic party he has basically copied Trump's campaign platform word for word.

So despite all the hyperbolic and over-the top rhetoric so many democrats are aiming at the President - imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. :)

So I have to give at least a few of their party leader's credit. They aren't nearly so stupid as their mindless partisan drones who keep squabbling about Russia seem to be. They actually do know why they really lost - and are taking steps to correct it by adopting many of the same policies candidate Trump ran on. Because if they want to start winning elections across the country again - that's what the party is going to have to do. This mindless obsession for identity politics, Russia and Trump bashing isn't going to cut it.
