Now notice the signature on the contract which Manafort says he has never seen before and the signature is not his. The document is dated October 14, 2009. What is that Jarod? Well, yeah. It may well be blood money. Was it illegal to take it? I don't know. What I do know is, I consider the 2 billion dollars obama gave to Iran to be "blood money"(BTW, a good chunk of that money is probably sitting on NOKO launch pads right now), and the 2 million he tried to slip to the palestinians under cover of darkness on the last night of his filthy presidency? That was "blood money" too, IMHO.
I'll have to look up about money to Palestinians but I don't know how the US morally and ethically could keep holding Iran's money for military equipment we never delivered.

If found guilty of taking money from a foreign government while being an undeclared agent for that government all monies made from those transactions could be seized by the USA. That is US espionage law.
