Trump Covers up Criminal Activity

Trump proved beyond all doubt early in his campaign for the GOP nomination, that he didn't give a shit about public perception or whether or not his words were credible or believable. He knew that there was a hard core base out there who didn't care what he says or does, no matter how dishonest or illegal, and that they will support him to the bitter end, no matter what.

That is exactly what he meant by the shooting someone on 5th Avenue comment, and it is even more true now than ever before.

One need look no further than the posts of noisenatta and his other bootlicks right here on this board for proof of it.
Sure...but the election is over, and now he's forced to assume the office he never wanted.

As Obama aptly put it "If you have to divide the people in order to win an election, you're never going to be able to govern them"

Here's hoping the the 'rats take Gomad's advice.

I'm assuming you think there would be some negative consequences for the Dems if they did.

What do you think those consequences would be?

What could that fat assed, impotent, orange bag of shit or anyone else do about it?

What is the penalty for releasing classified information to the public? A prison sentence? I'm curious if you would support application of the penalty to a person who took your advice, and if your support depends on that person's political party affiliation.

The Dem response was approved by the Republican majority in committee. So you are off on a dumb tangent. Once Trump approved the Nunes memo, he set a precedent. The Nunes memo was released over the objections of the FBI who did not want top secret stuff in the public. Trump blew that away because he thought, stupidly, that it would be politically advantageous to him. It was not. He knows this one will not help him, so he suddenly caught secret fever.

I doubt that doing the job he was elected to do is very high on his priority list, if it's even on the list at all.

I think his main objective is to promote himself and the Trump brand, and in doing so, increase its dollar value as much as possible.

I think he understands that being a good, honest boy scout actually works against that goal in today's world. I think the leaders of industry respect a snake and a shark who eats and slashes his way through
anyone who opposes him much more than they would an honest, ethical person who cares about the lives of average people.

All the corporate CEOs secretly want to be like Trump and be as publicly brazen about it as he is.

Fine. Now explain to us how anyone would find out who leaked it.

Journalists are not required to reveal their sources even if they know who their sources are. Anyone can put a copy of a memo on a thumb drive and mail it to someone else.

It would be virtually impossible to prove who sent it.

You failed to answer my question. Instead you illustrated how easy it is for leakers to commit their crimes.

there wasn't any secret stuff in the Nunnes memo.....so there is a precedent set for releasing non secret stuff.....does that include the demmycrat memo?.....

You've assumed motives for both the FBI and for Trump which don't have basis in logic. A more reasonable possibility is that the FBI objected because it exposes corruption within the agency, and that Trump is acting on his campaign promise to "drain the swamp".

Your question was stupid and didn't rate a direct answer.

And besides, you never answered my question re: consequences for the Democratic Party.

How do you put an entire party in prison for a leaked memo?

If you want your questions answered, you have to answer those asked of you first.
