I agree it's hopeless, and blacks have low IQ's, but a lot of that is simply because of poverty and lack of education. When you see the same blacks in their true environment, for instance, tracking in the desert, they are very highly intelligent. Put them in a modern city and let them grow up in slums, without school, and of course they'll score very badly in an IQ test. Most can hardly read. Put it this way, if I raised one of them (from birth) I guarantee he'd do well in an IQ test. So what does that tell you? The problem with blacks isn't their intelligence. It may be slighter lower than ours in general (genetically) but that's not enough to make a huge difference. The reason is because they have more aggression, and that is genetic. The aggression makes them dangerous and hard to control.
