I am not an arbiter of how Russia governs itself. I am an arbiter of who we, as the U.S., should support and not support. It is called being a citizen in a democracy. The notion that Putin and Xi are join forces in some kind of cabal is just ridiculous. Russia and China have always been at odds. That is because the Han have always believed they are superior to other groups. The Russians have always believed they are superior to other groups.
