Libs including Obama laughed at Romney for stating Russia was a threat

That's funny, given that Churchill was being labeled an extremist by liberals, who wanted appeasement.

Flaunting your ignorance hey...Neville Chamberlain was the Prime Minister and leader of the Tory Party or Conservative Party. It was his fellow conservative Tories that labeled him and extremist moron.

Romney is pretty funny to look at.
It's hard to take him seriously.

Obama looks like a genius compared to the general Russiaphobia sweeping politicians today.

The reset was a good idea -remove sanctions and start over, but then Obama screwed it up with his meddling in the Uk's maidan.
That wrecked all chance for more then a zero sum relationship and led to the annexation of Crimea.
Even the war in Donbass is Putin pushing back on the west/Kyiv reaching in to Luhansk & Donetsk autonomous region.

Putin needs a bufferzone between NATO states and Russian, or at least a bufferzone of parts of Ukraine.
Recall both the west and Russia have signed agreements like the Budapest Memorandum that guarantees Ukraine as a neutral state

Still the worse Obama ever did was refuse to talk to Putin. Obama never demonized either Putin or Russia
like is common now.
Thankfully Trump understands as well that if there is a path to arms reduction talks, name calling is counterproductive

"Thankfully Trump understands as well that if there is a path to arms reduction talks, name calling is counterproductive"

Ah, so this is why Putin is literally the only person in Trump's world who Trump hasn't name called? Are you freaking kidding?

Oh, did I mention Chamberlain, or did I refer to liberals (like Ramsey MacDonald of Labour)?

This Hero of the Dem party loved Hitler

JFK diary calls Hitler 'stuff of legends'

Kennedy, then 28, predicted "Hitler will emerge from the hatred that surrounds him now as one of the most significant figures who ever lived".

"He had in him the stuff of which legends are made," he continued.

Kennedy wrote the entry in the summer of 1945 after touring the German dictator's Bavarian mountain retreat.

Have you been to Berchtesgaden?

Every one of my British friends state that Churchill was an extremist who did far more negative things than positive ones. He's not the hero some think he is.

Oh so you were cherry picking instead of being honest...big surprise.

I said "liberals." I didn't hide my meaning when I said it. My hope was that there wouldn't be bystanders who would think I actually was talking about Chamberlain. In the US, there was no stomach for confronting Hitler, either, and our government was completely dominated by leftists in the 30s.

He's a hero for his actions and leadership in the war. FDR holds the same status here, despite his failed two terms leading up to the war.

what is your point? Trump understands there is nothing to be gained by expanding on the Russiaphobia ehxibited
across the political spectrum. His very last tweet on Putin makes that case

Again you are cherry picking history. A few liberals did call him an extremist. Many, many liberals were just as anti-Hitler as Churchhill. The entire liberal new deal movement in the U.S. was virulently anti-Hitler. The conservative American-firsters were Hitler appoligist...until Pearl Harbor. The Tories in England were appeasers and then wanted a negotiated peace. Most liberals in England were on board with Churchill in fighting to the last. So by cherry-picking a few liberals is just flat out dishonest as prior to the breakout of war most conservative movements were pro-isolationist, pro-appeasement. Most liberal movements were virulently anti-fascists. That is the fact. Anything else is a made up pipe dream. Liberals and Socialists were fighting Hitler before the outbreak of WWII in Spain. So you are full of shit.

So, I imagine you can name the leftists who were pressuring FDR into confronting Hitler? I should probably add that the conservative government in Britain began fighting the Nazis while the Marxists in Russia had a nonaggression pact.

Also, Hitler not was who the republicans were fighting against in the Spanish Civil War.

Are you that ignorant of history?

Amazing.

Do some reading and educate yourself and then try to have an intelligent conversation.

Also have you ever seen the backdrop to the UN Press Conferences? It is Guernica. A painting by Pablo Picasso that represents the bombing of Guernica by GERMAN planes.

fucking ignorance

If you really believe that the Spanish Civil War was a battle to topple the Nazi regime...

It's so funny that 4 years back the misogyny we were worried about was "binders full of women". Oh sweet summer child...

That's because it wasn't misogyny—the left was just lying like it always does. Kind of like Donald Trump.

In fact, the left in 2012 can be summed-up thus: Binders full of Russian collusion.

If you really believe that the Spanish Civil War was a battle to topple the Nazi regime...

That is not what you stated fuck nut. You stated that the Republican's were not fighting the Nazi's. Now you want to move the goal posts. Big surprise another dishonest conservative poster.
