He and Emma are the voices for our children who have been slaughtered in the one place, besides our own homes, where we believed they would be safe. Nothing but your flawed opinion. How dare you tell others how to grieve. Did it ever occur to you that organizing a way to stop this killing, and staying busy, is the way many deal with grief? Of course not. You're too busy worrying about finding NRA propaganda as an offer of proof of something.

As I recall, my generation -- which was also being shot at, only in an overseas jungle in Vietnam -- spoke up, marched, and demonstrated. Many of the adults hated us as well. But we ended that war eventually.

You're right; the RWNJ gun-humpers are terrified of the power of these kids.

We ended the draft, we got the ppl involved (esp. the parents), and the public disenchantment ended the war. It's hard to support a war that you see every night on the news, body bags, maimed and bleeding ppl being rushed into evac choppers. The media gets a lot of credit for putting it in our collective faces. There's a reason why ever since the military has been extremely loathe to allow any media footage of battles, casualties, or body bags.... very very poor PR. The whole "our reporter is embedded with the 297th something squad on their mission to those huts over there" thing is bullshit.
