not guilty because he based it on the false info from the Obama adm - who agitated for regime change
( Trump did not). Further Hillary to this day defends her role of "smart power" Hilary based her regime change on a promise of democracy from the NTC meeting in Paris..she's a neocon

Afghan-
a very minor increase of SUPPORT troops- NOT ground troops- to act as air cover and tactical support.
Compare that to Obama who escalated in the TENS OF THOUSANDS. then DE-ESCALTED to the point he would not even provide air cover to the ANAF

Syria.
he ended the practice of covert support to the "rebels" which was a DISASTER run by Obama.
The "rebels" ( FSA etc.) were quickly over run by al-Nusra ( al Qaeda)..the result was a strenghtened jihadi
who now had TOW missiles! ( US made).. further his "battlefield autonomy" directive wrapped up ISIS very quickly

buildup:
getting back to pre-sequestor levels. the military readiness and trainingg ability was destroyed by Obama's sequestor.

nukes:
modernization and a warning to Russia that they can be outpspent.

It's difficult to not get sucked into war..there is always a reason "well if we just do that"

Obama called Libya his "greatest failure" ( and then proceeded to blame Cameron)..but at least he finally got it
