Seems pretty stupid that he felt it wasn't necessary to tell him his opponents funded it. Big difference between 'foreign governments put this together' and 'those assclowns you just beat put together this report'.

I wonder... would anyone have given a shit about it had Comey just been up front on who funded it?

It was originally funded by Repubs to find dirt on Trump in the primaries. When Trump won, they ended it., Then the Dems picked it up. Should Comey have told him all that? Why?

That is all it ever was. Steele was brought on because he had done lots of work in Russia during his career as a British agent. Call it the Singer dossier. He was the guy who originally funded it.

Comey is digging his own grave. Already I have seen the Democrat Media Infustrial Complex be disappointed. There is really nothing new in the book. In the end they will get nothing on Trump with regards to “collusion”. Nothing. Anything else they find will be tainted

LOL... that has been debunked. First, it wasn't Reps that originally were digging on Trump... it was the Washington Free Beacon. But it was after the Dems engaged Fusion that Fusion in turn hired Steele. I think it fine if he had gone into that amount of detail, but he should at the least have told him that the Steele Dossier was funded by Dems. Which is was.

Unreal. Comey gets a FISA warrant on the dossier and NOW tells Steph that he doesn't know if the dossier was true. The frazzlin' swamp at it's best. :palm:

LMAO... wrong. It was the steele dossier. Period. Just because the DNC and Clinton also were trying to dig up dirt on trump, just because they used the same organization to do so doesn't mean that the dossier isn't 100% theirs. you simply wish for it to be so in order to avoid the fact that it was the DNC that colluded with foreign individuals trying to influence the election.
 
Steele dossier was 100% a Democratic initiative..GPS hired him for Clinton/DNC after the "Republican opposition" dropped out
