The release of a toxic gas, which included sarin, or a similar substance, killed at least 74 people and injured more than 557, according to the Idlib health authority. The attack was the deadliest use of chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war since the Ghouta chemical attack in 2013.

So according to you we can send armed forces into any sovereign country with impunity. I don't believe international law agrees with you. As to Gaddafi Obama did ISIS a great service by helping to take him out. You can try to justify Obama's actions all you want but it is the same as what Clinton, Bush, and Trump have done. So to justify one is to justify all.

Doesn't matter Gaddafi had control. By taking him out we freed the terror groups free reign to get stronger. Keep trying you might find something. Should we have taken Saddam out? In hind sight no by doing so we left a void ISIS filled.
Gaddafi was long dead when ISIS got to Libya.

the lack of a Libyan government let ISIS build up in Sirte. The UN backed GNA in Tripoli had to use the Misrata Brigades to go into Sirte backed by US Air to flush them out.
