Good Mom with a gun.

how do you feel about citizens united, then?

Totally opposed to it. I'm opposed to any political donations or lobbying. I don't believe that politicians should accept any donations. Instead, I support a publicly-financed campaign system that levels the playing field so that the competition is over voters based on the merits of the candidates' ideas, rather than who can raise the most money from the most rich people.

The courts, you moron.

That's their power as defined by the Constitution, the document you reference but seem to know very little about.

Where specifically is that power defined and what specifically does it say that you claim it says?

You're the ones supplying criminals with guns. So why shouldn't you be held accountable for it?
Because it's not intentional. As I told you before, there needs to be more education and training on how to secure our homes against the people you're defending.

see, enablers like you are zero help when it comes to things like this, because you don't give a shit about anything that is right and true for America. All you want is to take from the responsible and empower the irresponsible.

You are part of the problem, not part of the solution.

So advertising you have a gun only makes you a more likely target of criminals.
Only if they want to run the risk of getting their heads blown off. Would you be willing to take that risk?

Seriously. You're already defending criminal behavior, so for all intents and purposes, you are also robbing households of their firearms. would you be willing to take that risk?

so you want to sow anger and hatred within the family matrix to pursue your agenda in the belief that people would feel better off by being able to own property?

Exactly. It's what you've done with regard to homosexuality; tearing families apart, pitting family members against one another. I think you people would sell out for far, far less than what I'm proposing. The reason I think that is because you've demonstrated that you don't really have morality or a conscience, which means your sad devotion to the 2nd Amendment is fungible since you don't really have principles anyway. It's just about finding your price, and everyone has a price. Everyone.

.......without being able to protect said property, because you think criminals would also turn in their guns?

If criminals could turn in an assault rifle and get $5K, no questions asked...yes, I absolutely think most would. And those that wouldn't would eventually get nabbed by the cops, and the weapon would be nabbed with them.

what do you do about those that do not comply?

Well, look, there's going to be people who refuse to comply...but those people aren't going to live forever. They may find themselves in a financial situation of which they could get an easy fix by trading in their weapons; they could die of old age and their heirs turn their weapons in for cash; or they could just be the negligent gun owner they are and end up getting themselves tangled up with law enforcement.

There are myriad ways to get the guns back; it's really about patience and finding someone's price.

it is the absolute height of stupidity to think that the founders would give the government total control over our firearms and useage after their central government tried to control their firearms and useage.

Back in the 1700's, there was no standing army, no real law enforcement agencies, and the threats of hostile native Americans and bears were a very real thing. But it's not the 1700's anymore. We have first responders now. Bears are mostly found in zoos. The founding fathers never anticipated such a thing. They also never anticipated a weapon that could fire thousands of rounds in a minute.

Whether you want to accept it or not, we live in a centralized economy. We live in a globalized world. Borders, which are artificial constructs, are breaking down thanks to technology.

So the world of 1770 bears no resemblance to the world of 2018.

Wrong. It affects society as a whole. It shows the rest of the world that we don't give a shit about life.

How does that affect society? How does that play out, specifically? Is our GDP affected by it? What about our international alliances? What about our trade deals?

BTW - abortion is legal in most First World countries. In fact, this year, Ireland will have a referendum on abortion, and it's expected to pass by a wide margin.

Yet every abortion takes the life of a human you say isn't affected by it.

You blame inanimate objects on criminal behavior, and you couldn't care less about the lives of our unborn..

Unborn = NOT BORN

I don't blame guns for gun violence, I blame gun owners since you're the ones supplying guns that are used to commit gun violence.

Funny how you care about life, but you support guns and cutting off assistance to children.

Fuck outta here.

I don't support cutting off assistance to children. I support the ones I produced. Something that isn't my responsibility to provide to someone else's children can't be cut off.

If you have to abort unborn children to try and erase irresponsible sexual behavior, then you're a total dumbass.

You don't give a shit about "unborn children". Stop pretending like you do, and that this isn't about your weird hangups with regard to sex.
