If you thought it was ever likely that he was giving up his nukes, then you are a sucker.

There is still an opportunity for some success but Donny boy ain't going to get everything he wants. His my way or the highway attitude does not work domestically so why would anyone think it will work in foreign policy?

He should take the hint, he is in way over his head and resign. It might be fun to watch him ruin his party but his agenda is going to lead to long term harm to our country before that happens.

You kind of let the cat out of the bag. ANY success with NK and Trump will have done more with that situation in less than two years than his predecessors did in twenty years.

He is fine. The leadership has no problem starving the people. But China and The EU are not going along with another embargo. The United States of Trump has alienated our allies. They are not following his lead.

Since North and South Korea have not been warring since 1953, it i easy to make a deal ending a war that does not exist. Of course they were smart enough to not have Trump there. Mr. Bluster would have seen it as a photo op and a chance to show how tough he is.

No matter what happens next, this is historic.

I keep looking for reasons to be skeptical about Kim’s intentions and I keep coming up empty. Yes, he’s always lied in the past, but he keeps taking NK in a direction it’s never gone before.

Politically, if Kim really does denuke and the Koreas become one country, Stormy, Mueller, Trump’s Twitter account...none of it will matter or prevent him from being the most successful foreign policy president since Reagan, at least.

And I don’t think Reagan could have pulled that off—not in his first term.

I let nothing out of the bag. DPRK has met their goals in weapons development and now believe they have the leverage needed to pursue other goals. They will give a little, but nothing like what Trump demands. I seriously doubt Trump will get "Mexico to pay for the wall" this time either. Your derangement tells you otherwise. As Trump likes to say.... We will see.

It's not just "liberals," much of the GOP is hoping he resigns.
