I was asking about Hillary in context of the Harley deal. What actions would the company have differently vis a vis the workers if she was President.

I'm not talking about Trump. F him. I'm speaking about the principles of tax cuts and the lie being told about them in the OP

Spoke to some engineers at harley last night. I worked on an engineering contract at harley a few years ago and I keep in touch, The word is super pizzed off from the rank and file after the promises with the tax "cut" and keeping jobs in America

You said Harley workers were stupid for voting for Trump. Their other option was Hillary, hence the question of what would have turned out differently. That's not a deflection it's directly related to your comment.

HD made the decision about their KC factory in 2015. So how did a tax cut in 2017 affect their decision making in 2015? You're essentially arguing they made that decision with the knowledge of a tax cut two years later

I asked what would be different if Hillary was President. That's not deflection it's a question based on his comment. HD made the decision to close their plant in 2015. Whoever is President today would have no bearing on that decision when it was made. I'm just trying to understand if it was stupid to vote for Trump what could Hillary have done about it. That's not a defense of Trump. I'm trying to understand someone today could have affected a decision made three years ago.

If you bothered reading, you would know that HD decided on this move back in 2015 when Obama was still President. Thus, it had NOTHING to do with the tax reform bill as the OP pretended.
