Kennedy retiring from Supreme Court

I do not do "believing."

If you are talking about the "spend eternity in hell" bit...take that like a "god bless you" after a sneeze. I can tell you that what I was thinking was a hell of a lot worse than "eternity in hell"...but I thought better about it.

(Oh, take the "hell" in "a hell of a lot worse" as something figurative.)

The right is going to keep on implementing voting restrictions and gerrymandering until its impossible to dislodge them. Then their going to guffaw at us in our struggle for justice, they have the power, that's all that matters.

guffawing is undignified. Rest assured our mockery shall be tasteful.

Please fill the container with your tears on the way out.

The cards are marked and the dealer is crooked.

Everything is on the table and the stakes have just been raised.

What do you do?

This is awesome news! Glad he's announced early enough in Trump's first term to allow for another conservative nomination.

The far right and the social conservatism's are extremists.
Even you should know that.

Not an answer; try to be specific and honest. What is "extreme" about the Republican Party? Protecting our borders? Tax cuts? Defending the Constitution and our laws?

Now we can strike down queer marriage

BOOM BITCHES

What a great thing heading into mid terms

Why? We're past that issue as a society. Why are you still concerned that gay folks marry each other? What's the issue? Back when I was on the wrong side of the issue, someone asked me why I was concerned about what homosexuals did in their bedroom. I realized there was no good reason for me to be against it. I didn't care what they did and the only reason I was against it was my own bigotry. You may have other reasons why you are opposed to gay marriage. I used to tell myself there were other reasons also, but in the perspective that we're all just people trying to live our lives, none of them were important enough to outweigh our right to happiness.

I don't worry about things I have no control over ...

I can control who I Vote for in November ...

There are NO issues coming to the Supreme Court that is concerning me ...

Unless The SCOTUS are getting ready to fuck with my retirement ... I don't give a Fuck.

I don't plan on needing a Abortion or needing Obamacare either ...
It sounds to me like you're taking your bat and ball, and going home.

:D

I do not, nor have I ever, cared what two consenting adults do in private. What I do care about is the State forcing a church to perform a ceremony that they consider blasphemous.
